We close early whenever the bake sells out, which on Saturdays is often well before one.
Markets
Thursday produce market
Stall near the east entrance, 8:00 until we run out. Bread only — no pastries at the markets, there is no room in the van.
Saturday morning market
On the square, 7:30 to about 11:30. Come early for rye.
Ordering
To have bread set aside, email us by Wednesday evening with the day you want it and what you would like. We hold orders until midday; after that they go back on the shelf.
We cannot post bread. We tried, twice, and what arrived was not what left the bakery.
